Reservation calendar instructions

On the reservation calendar you can view the availability of dates and inquire All Off Road to gig at your event. A reservation inquiry is not yet a binding order; Gigs are locked down in the negotiations that follow the inquiry.

The reservation calendar shows one month at a time. You can view a different month by hovering your cursor over the month title and clicking on a month on the table. Reservation information for the active day (= the tilted box) is displayed on the right. You can view the details of a different day by clicking on it on the calendar table. According to their reservation status the days are either pale (= available) or orange (= reserved).

On the right side of the calendar is a list of All Off Road's public gigs. By clicking on a gig its details are shown. Below the gigs is depending on the availability of the day either a link to inquire about a reservation for that day or a notification that it has already been booked. By clicking on this link a form to fill in details appears. After submission the inquiry will be processed by All Off Road.
